About Client

Maiga Shea Butter is a Canadian brand dealing in natural skin care solutions, they are known for their superior quality, and ethical material sourcing. They make 100% natural products like moisturizer, soap, sunscreen, and more. They had a good presence in the offline and retail market, and they wanted a digital partner who can help them with the online as well.

Project Summary

After great success in the offline and retail market, they wanted to enter online space with their own eCommerce website. They hired a couple of agencies to build/complete their ecommerce website, however initially they did not find expected results in the online space. The primary reason was bad user experience and website’s inability to convey brand image in the mind of customers. After a careful evaluation clients choose us for the for the job of transforming their digital business, and re-build their Magento 2 website, integrating their brand image and handling their PPC and email campaigns.

We rebuilt the client’s website using Magento 2, a popular eCommerce platform that is known for its scalability, security, and performance. We used a responsive design so that the website looks great on all devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. It had advanced features such as an intuitive mega menu for easy navigation.

Brand Integration

We ensured that the client’s new website accurately reflected their brand identity. We used the client’s logo, colors, and fonts throughout the website, as well as creating a consistent user experience across all pages, used the design elements across the website that showcases the brand values, authenticity and quality of products. We also used high-quality images and videos to showcase the client’s products and services in a visually appealing way.

User Experience (UX) Optimization

We conducted user research to understand the reasons for low conversion rates, the issues that users are facing. We identified areas where the UX could be improved, such as the navigation, search and checkout process. (SEO) Search Engine Optimization

We conducted keyword research to identify a wider range of terms that potential customers were using to search for products and services like the client’s. We then optimized the website’s content and structure for these keywords. We also implemented proper SCHEMAs structure so that different pages can be available for rich content snippets.

Email and PPC Campaigns

We planned, designed and executed successful Google Ads campaigns for the client that were increase the brand awareness, and increasing the interest of the customers. Eventually we created many incredibly successful Google Ads and Email Marketing campaigns to boost the sales during festival and special events.
